Ran into the OBS in my situation. Never gets easy. He pointed me to this site, which has been a godsend. I’m glad to report, he’s doing well. Even told me to tell my FWH hello from him (unironically). Wished us both well. He said, the A was a blessing in disguise for him….5 years post divorce. He’s dating someone wonderful and his children are doing well.

Thanks for the update. I remember him well. He seemed like a genuinely good guy and he gave his WW every opportunity to show remorse. Good to hear he is doing well.

When I described her following yet again to the locker room at the gym.....he said he's "stopped trying to psychoanalyze her"....and that as long as his kids were ok, he has nothing to do with her.

Anyway I believe unless the WS is truly strong enough to change, losing them it is a blessing, so he is blessed after all.

The OP of the thread (Ladybugmaam) was introduced to SI by the BH of her husband's AP. He left the site a long time ago, but she bumped into him and gave us old timers a welcome update on his progress.

Wow, I literally just read Bahama's post and was already wondering what had happened to him since it had been a long time since he posted. I hope everything is alright for him.

FWIW I arranged for my ex's AP to get a significant raise. Did me a favor for sure. He's since moved on to working with my ex. I cringe when I cringe at the thought with ex's OCD and narcissistic tendencies FT.
