never ever getting back together

contact a friends children ? Help tush !

My best friend and I have been friends since 7th grade. we are 70 and 69 yers old and have had children we raised together till about 4 grade when they went to different schools.

we have been had times when because of work we did not speak for months.

Anyhow we are both having medical issues but I go to doctors and do what they tell me (including physical therapy).
My friend who is a retired nurse has not seen a doctor for years except for a pain clinic. she recently was in the hospital for neuropathy and cellulitis.she is very overweight and has the need for a knee replacement. she can barely walk and will not listen to what they tell her. Her answer is that she is a nurse and knows more.

My question is can I go behind her back to contact her children to see what we need to do.

arrest of man for sex with underage person

Not sure what I am asking for. A man I know in his mid 40's was taken into custody months ago by the US Marshals.
This is in the same county that I live in on the east coast.

This is about sexual abuse of someone under 18 and the paper I did see said B felony.

He was moved to the west coast to the town where this happened.
Looks like there is no bond and he is sitting in jail.

Its been 3 months. There was nothing in the local news and there is nothing more I can find on the internet.

Can any one tell me if there will be a trail or anything ?This man has been around family members children so I am worried.

backordered laminate flooring

I have COPD . In FEB of this year I decided to replace all my carpeting with laminate.
I went to a local small store and ordered it. FEB 27th.

They did tell me that there could be problems getting it since there are shipping issues.
The owner of the store has been keeping in touch all along keeping me updated on the fact that it has not been made yet

I do understand how these factories work and I do understand the shipping issues but I am getting very frustrated .
The flooring company is in Europe .....and I had to put 1/2 down to even order this.

what should I do ?
