Husband has been cheating for years with the same women…and probably other women as well…. I knew about the affair but was hoping he would eventually come to his senses … He didn’t…He told me 3 months ago that he wants a divorce but he is still in the house!!
He continues to see ow while in the house with me and the kids..Found a receipt that proves he saw ow last weekend while I was away!!! I have had enough…. I packed him a bag today and told him I want to drop him off at her house and she can have him… He won’t go ….
And I am very serious I would like to drop him off at her house and she can have him….

Do you know where she lives? If so you could go over there and say "look I'm trying to give you my deadbeat dirtbag husband, I offered to drive him over here, and he refuses, do you not want him?? Please... for the love of all, take him off my hands!"

I think I thought about dropping off his suitcase at her house- but I think I am going to mail a holiday package with his clothes in it and leave a note that she can keep him!! lol

The hard part is that it can depend on your local laws. Is he on any paperwork for the house? You may need to work with law enforcement officers (LEOs) to remove him from the residence. You may want to check with a lawyer.
